Phil High has been a leader in several agriculture groups including Kearney Area Ag Producers Alliance, Nebraska Corn Growers and many others and will serve as the Board Chairman of RFTI. Phil has on farm development experience in cooperation with the University of Nebraska in the use of renewable fuels in agriculture applications. Phil has operated several of his farm irrigation engines on pure alcohol, biodiesel and several combinations. Phil has developed an exchange program whereby farmers may exchange grain for ethanol which then may be used in on farm application. This model trade arrangement may be duplicated with the farmers eager to use renewable non-polluting fuels in their farm operations.

John McCoy is the President and CEO of Orthman Manufacturing, Inc., in Lexington, Nebraska.  John has led Orthman through strong improvements in manufacturing and marketing methodologies, diversification through a startup commercial and industrial conveying system division and an acquisition and integration of a Kansas based tillage company.  Orthman's broad North American OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) clientele, ie. John Deere, CNH, AGCO etc., utilize Orthman toolbars and guidance components on planters and harvesting equipment. Orthman tillage, grain handling, guidance, and earth moving equipment can be found throughout the world ranging from the cotton fields of Australia, the sugar cane fields of Columbia, the road construction in Denmark, and of course, all major agricultural markets throughout the United States. Orthman products are designed and manufactured to the pinnacle of structural integrity for which the company is well recognized. With a fundamental agronomic approach to provide solutions to producer challenges, Orthman is known for the financial benefit provided to the end users through the use of Orthman equipment   John is also owner of a transportation company, operating a fleet of 40 tractors as a commercial flatbed carrier.  John's business leadership and successful experience contribute significantly to the future of RFTI.
